Thanks to finding some very good suppliers, i will be able to offer the BirdGlider at a very good price. At this moment i think about less than 8000 dollars. But i need more info from my suppliers to name a real price.
But that is not the only money you can save by having a BirdGlider. Normally people pay big money for the storage of their airplane. The BirdGliders goal was to be small. It can be transported on a roof rack. And ...the parts are small enough to fit against the ceiling of your garage. If you don't have a high on wheel SUV, your car will still fit under the glider.
And ...the BirdGlider is FAR103 regulated. That means that you don't need a medical or a license. But i strongly suggest you have pilot lessons in a glider before flying in the BirdGlider. Don't be a idiot to think that you can handle it, because it is something easy to do. That idea will kill you. If you step in a BirdGlider without any training, you get hurt or ...killed. If you are allowed by your trainer to solo on a glider, you can start slowly with this one. Step by step. At first you don't fly higher than you want to fall.
